Who am I? - Well, let me tell you.

I am an incredibly driven person with a strong work ethic. I’m certain I acquired my work ethic from my father who instilled in me the importance of working hard at everything I do in life. There is nothing like the feeling of success after you've put your heart and soul into a task. Whenever I hear the lines, “I always loved the feel of sweat on my shirt, Stand back, son, and let a man work”, I always think of my father and secretly thank him for teaching me the importance of a work ethic. Without it, I’m certain I would not be where I am today.
I am also an avid reader; yes, I know, that is a huge shock. I love to write and I am actually in the process of writing a book. I’m not sure if I will ever finish it, but it feels pretty great to at least be writing it.

This is one of my favorite books!

I think I love music as much as I love literature, maybe even more. I grew up on music as I can’t remember a day of my childhood that music wasn’t screaming through my home. As a very young person, I saved every penny I had to buy a receiver, a turntable and these really huge speakers. And because music was so important to me, listening at home quickly changed into listening and attending concerts. I’ve lost count as to the number of concerts I’ve attended. I’d say, if my estimation is correct, I’m close to 500 concerts. I've seen Springsteen 54 times alone.

Concerts were so important to me that in the mid-90s I worked a second job at what was once Great Woods, in Mansfield, MA, just so I could go to concerts for free.

In addition to my love of music, I think I love to travel equally as much. I began travelling when I was 18 and have never stopped. I've been to places as ordinary as Disney World to obscure as Iceland; from the Czech Republic to Las Vegas, from Italy to New Orleans. I always joke that I do not spend my money on “things”, anyone can have “things”. I spend my money on life, on experiences that have helped to shape my life, heightened my curiosity and made me who I am today.
